BIO ANCHOR

Grace S. Park has practiced in the field of immigration law since 2004. She has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2006. 

 

Ms. Park is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice law in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law.


She has successfully completed more than thousands of immigration cases, including the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Her vast experience in immigration law extends from business-related visas (nonimmigrant and immigrant) to family-sponsored immigrant visas and various immigration issues. She has represented multinational construction companies, several leading automobile parts manufacturing companies, major logistics companies, a leading automobile manufacturer, a battery manufacturing/distributing company, food manufacturing/distributing companies, and a pharmaceutical company in complex immigration matters.

 

In addition, Ms. Park has broad experience in obtaining various immigrant visas for outstanding researchers, business entrepreneurs, and extraordinary artists. She has successfully handled non-immigrant visas for multinational executives/managers and special knowledge employees (L1A, L1B), treaty trader/investor/essential employees (E-1, E-2), professionals (H-1B, H-3), cultural performers (P-3), outstanding groups and solo artists (P-1, O-1), movie directors, film editors & film score composers (O-1).


For several years, Ms. Park was an active panel attorney for the Korean Radio Broadcasting (KRB) and Media Korea. She also volunteered at a local community center and assisted in the preparation of naturalization applications for indigent members of the community. Her successful removal proceeding defense work was featured in the Korea Times. She has published numerous immigration law-related articles in the Korean American Times.
