Employment Based Green Card

Employment-based immigrant visas (employment-based green cards) are divided into five preference categories.  We will help you pursue the most suitable category based upon your qualifications (education and experience) and current processing time considerations. Following are the areas for which we have successfully handled employment-based green card applications:

We have successfully completed100+ immigrant petitions for U.S. employers in the adult health care business for foreign nurses (EB-3), physical therapists (EB-2), and home health aides (EB-3 unskilled workers).

We have also successfully represented various employers in employment-based immigrant visa petitions, including 2nd preference (EB-2) and 3rd Preference (EB-3) for professionals and unskilled workers. Employment positions for which we have filed immigrant visa petitions include but are not limited to nail technicians, estheticians, bakers, cooks, waitresses, alteration experts, various types of engineers, accounting clerks, IT managers, administrative assistants, bookkeepers, financial analysts, operations managers, paralegals, law clerks, and attorneys.

For 1st Priority (EB-1) workers, we have successfully represented individuals with extraordinary abilities in the arts (a calligrapher, installation artist, sculptor, etc.), business (a chief operations officer at a start-up app development company), and numerous multinational executives/managers (employed by a construction company, automobile parts manufacturing company, investment banking companies and stock exchange companies, to name a few).
