Employment-based immigrant visas (employment-based green cards) are divided into five preference categories.  We will help you pursue the most suitable category based upon your qualifications (education and experience) and current processing time considerations. We have successfully completed100+ immigrant petitions for U.S. employers in the adult health care business for foreign nurses (EB-3), physical therapists (EB-2), and home health aides (EB-3 unskilled workers).

 

We have also successfully represented various employers in employment-based immigrant visa petitions, including 2nd preference (EB-2) and 3rd Preference (EB-3) for professionals and unskilled workers.
