Nonimmigrant Visa

Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who seeks to enter the U.S. must first obtain a U.S. visa. The purpose of the person’s entry determines what type of a visa application needs to be made. We have successfully completed hundreds of L and E visas for multinational construction companies, automobile parts manufacturing companies, investment banking companies, and food distribution companies.

We have been retained as immigration counsel for a major automotive manufacturing construction company since 2008.  As the result, this company has successfully transferred key managerial & special knowledge employees to the U.S. for the construction of a variety of industrial facilities such as automotive manufacturing plants, research, and development (“R&D”) facilities, and office buildings in the United States.  
 

We also have successfully completed more than 50 cultural exchange performing artists’ visas, and visas for extraordinary ability artists including movie directors, film editors, a world-renowned sculptor, a calligraphist, installation artists and multimedia artists.
